Cart
During the ordering process you are first given detailed information about the available products and their prices. Choose the product you want to order and click "Add to cart" to place your selection in the cart. You can change your selection at any time until you submit your order by removing the item or cancelling the order process. Click "Proceed to checkout" to go to the next step.
Checkout
Please log in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account; otherwise register as a new customer. You will then receive a confirmation email for your registration. Your data is collected, processed and used in accordance with data protection regulations (privacy policy).
Check billing address / choose payment method
Now check your billing address and choose your preferred payment method.
Complete the order
You will see a summary of your order: the selected products, the billing address, the payment method and your contact details. Check that everything is correct and please read our terms and conditions carefully. You can only continue with the order once you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions (tick the box). After clicking the order button you can make your payment.
Payment
Enter the card or account details required for your chosen payment method. The payment is processed by our international payment provider Stripe, which uses specialised software for secure payment processing.
After successful payment
Once the payment has been completed successfully, you are taken to a page confirming that we have received your order. You can also print your order confirmation there.
You will then be notified at the email address you provided that your order has been received, and you will receive information on how to access the weather data, and an API key if applicable.
At the same time you will receive a separate email with your invoice.
Cancellation
Subscribers can cancel the ongoing supply of weather data in their customer account under My subscriptions.
