Billing information
By purchasing this product you take out an open-ended subscription. You can choose between monthly and annual payment in advance. The first billing period (one month or one year) starts on the day of your order.
You can cancel the subscription at any time in your customer account, with one month's notice before the next billing period.

The price includes the maximum number of API calls per month that you ordered. If this number is exceeded in a month, an additional charge of 100 euros applies for that month. Our system automatically emails you a warning when you reach 100% of your purchased volume.
You can check your number of API calls at any time in the MetGIS API Monitoring Tool. Log in with your MetGIS registration details.
If a renewal payment fails for any reason, data access is not stopped immediately but maintained for at least two weeks so that the payment can be completed.
Caching the data is only permitted in certain packages, and only with the explicit consent of MetGIS.
When displaying the weather data on publicly accessible websites and apps, you agree to show the notice "powered by MetGIS" or "Data from MetGIS" together with our logo linked to the MetGIS homepage.
